- Potion of levitation should now work as expected (we'll need to verify this doesn't bring back old bugs like frost hydra/giant). The "roomitem" textblock command logic isn't straight forward at all.
- Took a first stab at implementing spellimmu
- Items shouldn't be casting their use spells when hitting mobs anymore
- Textblock "giveitem" command now checks on realm counts for limited items before giving the item
- Extra death messages from DOT spells should no longer happen
DOT spells are no longer giving the double death msg
The fix did not cause the frost hydra/frozen giant to start respawning incorrectly.

I'll test potion of levitation tomorrow night
I'm going to try to get another build out tonight.
This new version will:
- make it so spellimmu applies to area spells
- allow "enter" to enter the realm (for gardner's mega fix that should prevent the @relog death loop)
- run exit checks on every member of a party, so tolls will apply to everyone, race/class/level restrictions, etc.
There's one other change I can't recall at the moment. I will post everything after deploying tonight.
