Can these spells be applied visibly to your stats and highlighted in red similar to bard buffs?
I'm guessing no because it would give you extra AC against a good/saint aligned player.
They don't actually give you AC, they give you a stat known as secondary defense. In some cases secondary defense is added to your armor class, in others it has no effect(when being backstabbed for example). It would be misleading to have them visually adjust your armor class when they wouldn't always be useful. I can't think of a way to display these values other than adding a secondary stat page.
