Title: Sword of Ozrinom drain doesn't work

The Sword of Ozrinom doesn't cast the drain spell. Can this be fixed? It's one of the hardest items in the game to obtain, and it still have the -200 hp regen which without its drain spell makes the sword pretty useless :(

Same thing with the 5th quester demontongue.  Sucks to get all excited about your 5th quester then see it's not doing the damage it should be.

I took at stab at it.  It appears to work properly in the debug realm.  Let me know please.

Demontongue is working now with some minor grammar oddness...but working is working.

The spell on Draka's Blade is working now too, yay.
