(Fixed) Monsters regening where they shouldn't be...

Ok normally I don't like lists in here but this is one of those cases where its going to be one bug and all related to the same problem... If you see monsters regening where they should not be please let me and vitoc know about here if were not at the keys to help you...

frost giants are regening in room 9 803 and shouldn't be: (Bandit Keep)

You notice torch here.                           
Obvious exits: north, south, open door east, west

Saw one earlier in the say on the trail to khaz too not sure what room it regened in though... so keep an eye out.

Note - This seems to be happening all over the bandit keep both skeletons and frost giants. This means the same thing is probably happening on the path to khaz then...

I found this is part of a much larger issue where the same ability is being granted two or more times in the same spell.  So for spell 481, it has the Summon ability listed twice, both for mob 378.  2 * 378 = 756 which is frost giant.

I didn't know some abilities don't accumulate, it will probably take the better part of a weekend to fix this.  Btw, this is the same thing that's happening with the serpent scourge, which has two castspells.  Adding those two spell numbers up results in the spell number that's being cast that say "It tastes extremely bitter."

GIGGLE, The list of abillities this affects will be done hopefully by the end of the night... So then V can get working on fixing the issue... Man this is going to be tough I feel like I got the attention span of a fruit fly right now... lol

I think this is messing up classok too.... since most of them have 2 sets of class ok on them...

Nod realized it as I was going through the ability list... It's probably messing up the deserts scatter items spells too not to mention a slew of others... The list is surprisingly large too..

This should now be fixed.

In addition to making sure this doesn't happen in the future, we also took a stab at wiping out any of these existing rogue mobs.  Please let us know if you see any others and we will clear the room manually.
