I stayed resting while monster was attacking me.  Both a monster attacking you and dropping to the ground are supposed to end resting. Neither of these things appears to occur.  I rested off hps and was standing again without outside help.

Confirmed on resting not breaking on attacks....

This will be fixed in next version (probably deployed tomomrrow).  Will need confirmation.

Grox and myself tested this last night.

End rest when dropped fixed
End rest when attacked fixed

Now theres an additional problem that you can rest while being attacked that still needs to be fixed.

rest isn't breaking when casting a spell either.....

[HP=45/MA=18]: (Resting) smit
You cast smite on Polaris!
You feel powerful!
[HP=48/MA=14]: (Resting)

i should have to type r or rest to re-rest

not that it was a big problem heheh

good to keep in mind.... However I'm fairly sure poison is not finished being coded yet.....
