(Movement Bug) Running when dying you teleport out of HOD

Was running like crazy (stacked commands) to get away from all these damn guards (evil char, spawned in HOD).  Guards followed me into slums (which I'm pretty sure they shouldn't do).  And slaughtered me.  For a brief moment I saw HOD, then I was in slums again (shown in orange)

Ooooh, didn't see this the first time round.  When I got killed by the guard, the "dragged off to jail" textblock looks like it failed (shown in red)
