Exp gain cap?

Not so much an idea, but also not a bug,

[HP=89/MA=46]: (Resting) exp
Exp: 2256584 Level: 10 Exp needed for next level: 0 (328170) [687%]


Are we going to implement a level gain cap?  Ie, You have progressed too far without training to acquire anymore experience!
If we can hit that bulls-eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards.? Check-mate!

Most players unless hiding from pvp or faced with a lack of trainers will automaticly try to get to the next level asap anyway. So I don't see much of a point for it. Theres only a few real negative aspects to this too. One is that it allows people to save up more lives then they normally would be able too. Really the biggest negative aspect is on the content design side where players might be able to blow right past the abilities of content designers to make new content just from exp accumulation while waiting for that new content.

So I don't think it matters very much to the game but this doesn't mean that it won't go in ever...


Either way, the normal gain cap in MMud is 10 levels(was 16) players have ALWAYS been way to big for new content when it became available.
