Room exits only affect party leader

People say that this has already been reported, but I can't find it anywhere.

The room exit only affects the party leader.  There are many side effects to this, including.
*) Any user can enter the vortex below level 20, if the leader is above 20.  Same goes with the NPP and its level restriction.
*) Any class can go to any other class's lvl 10 quest spot (there was some complaining about this previously).
*) Anything else that requires each user to type a command to go through.  Just have the party leader go through it and move one room, the rest will be sucked through.

I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones that leap out to me the most.

Traps only affect the party leader.

Note to self:
We have a method called MoveToRoom and we put all the moving logic into there.  Instead we should have put all the moving logic into the Exit classes.  Move that logic there when fixing this bug.
