Use the Conflicker Eye Chart.   I know it sounds like a joke but it's not.  One of the halmarks of Conflicker is that it blocks your access to security based websites.  This eyechart attempts to connect to some of the blocked security sites, such as Trend Micro, and displays the logo graphics on the webpage.  As a control, there are 3 security based logos and 3 non security based logos. 

If you can not see all of the top 3 logos, then it is very possible you have Conflicker.
