More exp dialog - total character perspective

So the other exp table discussions looked like they were fairly productive so I'll put out one more.

It's inherent in the system that the combination of class needs and racial provisions via stats that some class and race combination's work better than others and are other wise more playable and become more dominate in the realm. So from a balance centric view point I ask you this. If you were to look at exp tables of the race/class pairings is there a +/- exp table modifier that you would give to each pairing and why?

Example:
halfling warrior vs half-ogre warrior... the warrior's class has a need for high strength where as the halfling can't provide it. while the halflings health penalties are compensated for by the high hp gain of the warrior class. Does the speed gain of the halfling match up against the constructs of a hugely supernatural like strength that a half-ogre can provide.

Think about this for each pairing...

I'll largely keep out of this topic but follow it closely in case it needs moderation. I'd really like to know what you think though.
