Maybe there are some bugs with the evil points system of which I'm unaware, but can a Saint, attack another Saint, and be a Saint again two hours later?

Maybe I'm crazy but something like that NEVER would have happened back in the day.

Is that the way the evil system works here?

yes it can happen and u can thank deathcow for the nice feature he had added in....gardy and everyone else knows the new ep system is so flawed that it is used to cheat now.....the ep system was weird to begin with then good ole dc fixed her up real nice for us, i mean him....
