Magic in WebMUD!

Hey guys.  Just wanted to let everyone know the new magic system is deployed to WebMUD.  As systems get added, the game experience should start to mimic the experience you get playing GreaterMUD through MegaMUD.  As an example I'm going to add settings for choosing an attack spell, choosing your buff spells to keep active, and setting heal & rest %'s in the game's built-in AI system.
