Changes to palette 0 [minor]

Am I posting these bugs too fast for you? ;)? Figured it is easier for you if each one is in a seperate post.? Easier to deal with and move to the Fixed sub-board.

Anyway, a few changes are needed for palette 0 (the only one I know).
- When healing spells are cast, they should be blue (0x0000FF), not cyan (0x00FFFF).
- When a player enters the room, this should appear Ian walks into the room from the north (name in bright red, 0xFF0000 and the rest of the line in dark-green, 0x007F00).? Not Black on a light-grey background.? Same for when they leave a room.
- HP's should be color coded.? Red <=25%, white <=50%, grey the rest of the time.

Those are the only colors that are different that I've noticed so far.
If we can hit that bulls-eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards.? Check-mate!

I think the broadcast colors are independent of palette setting (FYI).

Just checked it, and you are (as usual) correct.  Good to know.
