Issues in the bank

I didn't find these, but I'll report them :)

When attempting to heal in the bank, the message "You have already cast a spell this round" shows up, even when there hasn't been a spell cast in 20 minutes. Unless the bank is at the site of a space-time rip, and rounds are much longer there.? ;D

When yelling in the bank, it shows up in the convo window of MegaMud, but not the main window.

I changed it so if the room is protected it doesn't even fire the combat tick which is where I was readding a player's energy, but I didn't account for that.  Will fix that issue tonight or tomorrow morning.

As for the second issue, that's not just a bank thing.  Sometimes when you gossip or type any command, for whatever reason the ansi clear line command is being sent before the carriage return is sent to your client.  The result is the command is processed but what you had typed disappears.  I need to figure out why it only happens sometimes.
