Room / Healer EXP

Denver and I were having a debate about this.

Would it be possible to make it so that when a mob dies, the experience is granted to anyone in the room, regardless of whether or not they were combat engaged?

Or, perhaps an adjustment to the way healing works, where it doesn't break combat to heal?  That is my main concern.  I'm not trying to make power leveling easier, but trying to make sure healers don't get screwed over in bigger battles.


It might be possible to set up some type of exp reward spell casting delay. So for say 2 seconds after you break by casting a spell it still gives a reward. If you leave the room or do not re-attack the grace period wears off.

A grace period would be great.  Healing not breaking combat would be even better ;-)
