Damn people.. Whos angry?? I'm just discussing the option of turning this into an open source project.

There is no 'set' price yet.. so how are people complaining?

The set price is $5,000 or the "strike price" on the option is $5k.

Like someone else pointed out, this is not his job, Greatermud is not his primary source of income.

My check won't arrive because I would prefer it to remain closed-sourced. My point is that you want something for nothing and any price above "free" would be a problem for you. I have no vested interest in this project, but I definitely see things from Vitoc's perspective.

That said, it's irrelevant no amount of "discussion" (read complaining) will make him open-source it for free.
