Top gang listing

This is mostly curiousity but also relevant to gmud.  I assume Vitoc listed the top gangs in order of experience (as one would assume).  But mmud doesn't.  Does anyone <not looking at LOCKE COLE> know what mmud lists top gangs in order of (cos it's not always exp).  It seems to be some convoluted formula including exp, creation date and members.
If we can hit that bulls-eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards.? Check-mate!

Or more accurately its in order of exp.  Once exp rolls over no one can pass your gang (this is a bug)

Oooh, so that's why the top gang list is out of whack.  I wondered why gangs with more exp weren't on top.  Stupid metro
