(Abilities bug) Ice Sorceress quest not giving the AC bonus.

Ice sorceress when you sit throne is supposed to give 750k and a plus 1 to your AC.  The exp is working, but the plus 1 to the AC is not.

Ability IceSorceressQuest(125): 2

Shows that the ability was given its just not showing up at the character level....
