(Shop Regen) Cleanup

need to do one cleanup a day so items will regen in shops.

We had shop regen working with out clean up before, it isn't needed for that function. I'm not sure exactly when it broke but at some point it will be working again...

I just did some testing right now and it appears shops are regenning properly.

Anyone have anything to contribute or should be consider this fixed?

I'm pretty sure that works, but I don't know if that means all shop items are regenning properly.

I'd really like to either move this to fixed status, or find out exactly what's wrong and fix it this weekend.
