MOnsters being mortially wounded...

I have noticed that monsters get mortially wounded, and sometimes you hafta hit em again to get them to die. Do they have the same death as players? like -30, right? This proly shouldnt be...

I noticed this too.

I remember glancing over the combat code at that time and I'm pretty sure it can't happen via a normal hit on a mob during basic combat, but I may not have checked for hitspells or magic rounds.  I'll definitely have to revisit this one.
