song of trav

A party member casts trav. I left the party and was not showing trav cast on me. My enc was alot. Now I'm back with the party:

Encumbrance: 3700/12636 - Light [29%]

I'm kang with 120 str. should be about 6400 without trav. not 10k...

This is part of a much larger problem, and high priority.  There is some case where spell/item abilities aren't being removed when the spell ends or the item is removed.
