Question on crit hits.

Shouldn't this guy crit for more than 13% on average?  I realize he only has the BOB to add to crits at the moment but still, seem with max str, int, agi, qnd, and almost max charm the rate should be higher.

well it looks like you have about +8 crits total from what I can see looking at your abilities... And I would think being combat 4 lvl 49 that you would have a rate higher then 13%...

If you could spend some time on the 2 practice dummies and post the mega stats.. one for each dummy... This just requires more information to see whats going on...

I'll be leaving shortly on my next assignment so I'll have to do it tomorrow.

I'll reset my stats and spend 20 mins on each dummy then post the results here.

k sounds good there are just to many other factors when dealing with roaming mega stats... so having only 2 known mobs with various ac/drs cuts down on a bunch of the variables...
