3rd neutral, warlock

Something is odd with my warlock and 3rd neutral quest.

He's level 35, was able to get an Ice Tear, but none of the other components worked for him.

My 3 went at the same time, and he was in the room for their deaths.  The other two received the items, the warlock did not.
