Webb Gear in Lagoon

ok I as of now do not understand why Webb gear is on a Raft/beach near Water..
but I would argue ..
It should be makeable as well.. as soon as your at the level to wear it..  from all Spiders dropping a certain amount of Spider silk..
all Spiders..
the lower the level of the Spider Monster  the lower its amount of Silk it drop per death or the chances of the drops..
so Forest, bola, Wrath ..
higher the level ..like massive Spider Fanged Spider in massive web or in the Horn/Crown Spiders in the Web lair drop way more Silk or more often..
the Spider silk should be sellable..

just my thoughts..
Gauntlets 80 silks
Tunic 150 Silks
Pants 100 silks
Boots  70 silks

what do others think?
