Area development for classes and races

Classes:

Thief:
Make the following monsters not hostile (thief only): thug, rogue, thief, smuggler, smuggler boss, pirate ghost, Dread Captain.
Nothing level restricted just targeted towards levels.
Dank Room expansion (1, 809)  can easily add 15 rooms with mobs of 2-4 thugs/rogues. 4+
Abandoned Warehouse (1,1327)  Littered with troublemakers, ruffians, and bullies worth 60-120 exp and an hourly Thug Boss (drops a coin purse - thief only!! Ability: worn item makes coins less cumbersome.  Drop rate: 2% unlimited.)  All non aggressive to thieves. 10+
Rhudaur: All street level monsters not hostile towards thief.  Sewers and Asylum no change. 15+
Scorching desert: (Raiders Den) monsters utilize bane and salca darts to hinder plate wearers. Expansion for level 30+
Galleon: 40+

Ninja:
Guild of the Ebon Blade: non aggressive towards ninja.

Races:

I'd like to see monsters non aggressive towards same Race but as it stand now Dark-elf and Half-orc outweigh the other races in the current game content.
Dark-elf has the castle
Half-orc has slum mansion, Black orc boss area, barracks
Half-ogre has barracks,
Dwarf, Halfling, Gnome, Neko, Elf, Human, Goblin, Kang, and Gaunt really have no race related scripting areas.
