I would say this is why.  You started the movement then hung.

wow, I didn't even see that, and i swore i looked through that cap a couple times. sooo thats pretty cool, can move hang and move after the hang, good to know

It really shouldn't work like that.  Your action queue should empty when you hang...probably, but I suppose its not really a big deal.

I've seen someone hang me while I was running just to enter and run out of room without typing anything
