Mana Regen a little messed up...

So I somehow get ticks of base and meditated rgens both while just standing there and meditating...
i think you get them both while meditating, but not while just casually walking about.  I think that one is just base tick or whatever....

On another note, I should be able to get good ntap ticks rather than random ones.  FFS I have 271 spellcasting. and I'm only lvl 56

To clarify.
You get both base mana regen ticks and meditate ticks while you aren't meditating.
And when you are meditating.

Are  you sure you didn't see a ntap tick instead of a medi tick?
