Ethereal Shield Not Working

I' mgunna clarify this. The (blur) pat of this means that the actual ac ethereal shield grants is based on the type of armor you are currently wearing. 12/1 is only if yer wearing silk. I think its 5/1 if yer wearing chain.

Well it's not a fixed 12, it's actually  AC(blur) 3+(0.5*lvl) with a lvl 18 gain cap for a maximum of 12....

Since he deleted the original post, this is dealing with the ethereal shield spell and the AC boost it is supposed to give.

Necropost for clarification:

AC(Blur) is based on encumberance, not armor type.
