So gardner do consider those two items bugs?

first being the ability to backstab someone while combat is engaged on you and the second being the backstab after a spell has been cast on you (I also wonder if I have landed my entangle if the backstab would of still landed)

Yes they are bugs and this is the proper place to report such things. This is not the place for name calling and epeen flexing.
