I've fixed (I think) getting items and trying to give items to someone who's too heavy.  I need to rewrite how cash is handled anyway so that will come later.

I rewrote how cash was handled, so I'm hoping this should be completely fixed.  Please leave some feedback here if it's not.  Thanks!

Tested and proven to work fine:
Can't give someone an item that will put them over max enc
Can't give someone cash that will put them over max enc
Can't pick up an item that will put you over max enc
Can't pick up cash that would put you over max enc (picks up enough to max out enc though)

So everything is hunky-dory.  Only problem I have with cash handling is that you can't type g g to get gold.  It get's the greatsword instead.  r/p/g/s/c should be aliases for money first and foremost if present.
