Summary:
To pick up a capitalised two-word item, you need to type the whole item name.? Using capitals in abbreviations doesn't help.
To drop a capitalised two-word item, either the full name (lower case) or a capitalised abbreviation works.
Lower case items work fine with abbreviations, whether picking up or dropping.
