Map 1, Room 11173 should have NPC 60 in it.  He was there, now he is not.

And why the fuck isnt 23 updated..that I think I've sent you like 2 billion updates since then :P

It was running on 2323, going to move that content over to 23 now.

Which is funny cause that content al already quite dated...Not that it matters since anything beyond the most simiplistic textblock does not function at all.
