Limited Monster Rgen Issue

Monsters with a game limit who are indexed with normal monsters are rgening when they shouldnt.  Breeder slime for example, is limit 1 rgen 2 and is a placed monster(that much seems to be working).  But he is also index 11, and he is rgening reguardless of his rgen timer in the arena.  He shouldnt be able to rgen there when his timer is waiting.
