How should confusion affect combat?

Should it do a roll every swing, or just once (all swings or no swings)?
If a mob or player fumbles on a swing should they lose any remaining swings that same combat round or should it just affect that one swing?

I think in Major MUD it does a roll every swing and if you fumble you lose the rest of your swings.  Should we copy this or change it?

TGS v1.0 (coming soon)

Lets do every swing (per swing effect). Its more fair and scalable doing it that way.

Other things that would be nice would to be:
to define multiple general confusion msgs per confusion instance.
to define special cofusion msgs: Combat, Movement, Talking, Equiping....
to define the actual effects tick like every X number of ticks.

(doesn't need to be done in this version but wanted to put it out there...)

Done and deployed.

Agreed on waiting for the next version for the extra functionality.
