Can't upload images

If I attempt to upload a file (screenshot), I get this error:

An Error Has Occurred!
Cannot access attachments upload path!

Pretty sure it's not talking about the path at my end :)
Probably to do with migrating to forums to the new server (some time ago).
If we can hit that bulls-eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards.? Check-mate!
