Phoenix Feather Questing

Ok, This is all that I've found so far since I couldn't go any further.

1.  Asylum
  -  You can see into the mist at the entrance, whereas you couldn't in the old version.
  -  The rooms don't warp.  Atleast I didn't see the effect.

2.  Shadowfist Temple
  - The message for the yellowed note isn't there.  I remember you used to get a message when the Dread Mystic died.  But this isn't the case.
  - Though not necessary, after killing flesh golem and using the wire key.  You go north and are supposed to be able to read a parchment or scroll.  There isn't one to read apparently?

3.  Smuggler Boss
  -  Same message issue with smudged paper for Smuggler Boss.

4.  You can't go portal or enter portal at the Ancient Darkwood Tree.  So therefor you can't get to Morukai to continue on the quest.

I believe 2, 3, and 4 are fixed and you can now finish phoenix quest.
