Ok.

The time is running out spell on first level of pyramid isnt working.
The spell traps on the second level isnt working.
Something's wrong with the door level, perhaps I'm not used to it working right? I dunno.
When you ask the sphynxes the answers to the riddles, the asking toggles the door. it shouldnt. it should just open, and if the door up is open already, just have it stay open.
once you kill rastep, the portal does drop. It doesnt die slowly like its supposed to, and you cannot enter portal, go portal or anything to get to dao.
