I keep looking at this and then remembered its not a normal spell:

My guess is that its messing up on the race check and running each instance... of casting remove form and apply form... If you could do a count and see if it adds up to 13 casts and 13 removes... That would be the easy way to confirm this..

Hand it to metro to make a easily coded spell into something really over done... Really there's no reason other then to keep people from making edited races and classes to have a check like this in a simple spell... especially since there are already other ways of doing this that don't require textblocks..

I know that after awhile it stops recasting itself.  I don't know if it's exactly 13 or not, but it does stop after awhile.
It really sucks when you have 3 forms trying to cast themselves at once :P

The way that textblock is coded you can not run more than one form at a time, he was trying to run 3.

I started off with just one form.
Then seen it was bugged
Thought maybe casting more would be cool :P
Plus I wanted to see the effects.

Metro coded the textblock that way to insure the hogs could not use forms.  Notice that HOG is the only race not listed in the logic.

If you look at the other spells that attach to it it should also prevent you from having multiples on at the same time if I remember correctly... Every time you cast it it ends any active forms and then applies the new one.

They didn't need to use textblocks to prevent hogs from using them. Since they could have coded it in a way that hogs wouldn't be able to get them at all in the first place. If anything it was done this way to prevent people from editing their own races provided they got past the dll checks race class number limit checks that are normally in place.

The bug is more then likely that the textblock command for check race is not working correctly causing it to loop to the end of the textblock. ie. 13 times... However no one has posted me a cap of it going past 13 to confirm this...
