We first talked about this bug during the pvp in the arena.

But it seems it's not just isolated to pvp.
If my priest casts paralyze in a room, no one else sees a spell message except for the priest.

I don't know if this is all spells, or just room spells, or what.

It could be something to do with message posting in room spells I know other spells are showing messages.
