- Chained multi-cast spells like fury should now work as intended
- The speed ability should now affect combat and is considered in the qnd calculation (fyi, I have not touched the slowness ability yet which affects movement speed)
- Spell immunity should now be a >= comparison instead of a > comparison, so a level 20 spell should now affect a mob with spellimmunity 20.
- Guards should haul evil-doers off to jail properly when their hps are low enough
- You should no longer be able to cast combat spells on players in no-pvp mode (which we're currently in)

As always, please let me know if any of these things don't appear to be working properly.
