1.  +Dodge items & Spells do not affect MA, they should.
2.  Combat Fury gives +100 MA, it should not.
3.  GINV gives +200 Martial Arts, it should only be +100 from Dodge.  Since + Dodge does not = + MA, I'm not sure where the +200 is coming from.
