I like it... even occasionally maybe a high round would 'sever the head of' an enemy...

...and then you could use the corpse/head for taunting?

There is a LPmud, Realms of the Dragons (rod.org) that would let you take someones head then stick it on a pike outside of the city gates.  Fun stuff.
