Pvp bug i think

Obvious exits: north, south, west, northeast
The young black dragon swipes at you with its talons!


Why didn't he drop anything? I got a cloud. I have dropped items to stun and hangups and sleep and hangups. 

I feel if your getting a cloud which I should for Hold,  and they hang they should get the hang penalties. So I hoping this is just a bug.

If that is way its meant then why do I drop items to stun ? or was that bugged?

Overall if the attackers are gong to be useing Stun, Hold, blind or sleep shoot even some kind of cursed spells they should all give attackers Clouds. Now If you hang to those type of attacks you should get a hang penalty, it's only fair.
They are a type of an attack, unless your already Evil then they going to cast these on you all day. But even if you are evil, if anyone was to cast these types of spells on you and you hang should get the hang penalties.

You have to have engaged combat on them. Once you have engaged, if you hold person them and break combat, and then they hangup, they will still drop the penalty items. It works quite nicely really.
