Something broke. Spells not engaging combat?

2.19.10 patch
   * Changed data loading routines to make realm restart faster
   * Fixed Rob then attack EP Bug
   * Fixed Rob so you can no longer strip a character naked with a macro in one round.
   * Changed Forgive command to work properly with new rob/attack commands

So I logged in and decided to kill some stuff.  And come to find out my spells aren't engaging combat...Kinda makes it rough on a pathetic 32 druid that isn't stat trained for physical combat.

Anyhow.  I'd try to cast a spell using earthfist, tried with plasma bolt also..And I'd just receive a blank line, no combat engaged msg.  I'd try to move a room and cast again with no success.

...I didn't do it...
