ok dc was moving to cast wand and was engaged but broke to cast mahe and died, no wand on ground....dd was casting wand for a while and by cap it appears as either tho his wand poofed or he went melee, no proof any which way....just curious if dc has some sysop powers....and lets not lie ppl....

that's 11 uses on the wand...gnarleds only have 10 uses and I did not see a 2nd re-eq'd

ok deathroo, deathcow and deathdog were all using the spell today....deathcow died several times prior to this and not one wand showed up....also, how did they aquire so many wands since saturday evening starting at lev 1? the wand is a 5% drop rate....it is very very obvious to all of us there is cheating once again goin on here.....maybe u should just croww croww me again gardner....

No.  Even if he did there is no sysop power to prevent you from dropping something when you die and/or dropping something from a hang pen.

So basically the problem with this capture is that DC died, then magically was able to cast sunbolt wand spell on me without any gnarled wand.

He went and got a gnarled wand and used it once. Now he can cast the spell indefinitely. When I posted this bug, I showed the example with a sunburst necklace as well as a silvery skullcap.

The explanation of the sunburst necklace part:

I basically died at rotting beholder, then hightailed it back and made it. I walked into his room and some of my dark room responses fired, once of which had the command "c" in the sequence. This started resuming the cast of the sunburst necklace spell. Some slight issues though: As you can see, it wasn't even equipped!. Also, I hadn't casted that spell on a mob for at least 20 hours or more, and have never casted on rotting beholder during this reset until this happened.

I wouldn't be surprised if DeathCow literally looks through the forums for unfixed bugs and exploits them...but the fault doesn't really lie with him, now does it?

welp....after reading the comments, and thanks gnor for chiming in (sheds some more light on the subject)...i think dc and his dupes or friends or whatever it is should be banned or rolled because he does nothing but cheat on a consistant basis, every push that is....and in 3 yrs gard and vitoc havent fixed this?? why beta test? i think they should at the very least be crowed....caww caww the ops here are so cool caww caww
