  • AC(Blur) should work properly now
  • Fixed bug that allowed party healing to people not in your party
  • Fixed bug that allowed someone who was invited but not joined to a party to not be hit by room spells
  • Fixed bug that allowed you to invite a party leader then uninvite them to break up their party
  • Fixed bug that allowed Death Mist to be scripted and vampires all over the realm
  • Fixed problem with testskill textblock command
  • Fixed problem with teleporting through portals & vortexs was not breaking combat
  • Fixed fix for the fix to Not Neutral ability
  • Adjusted smash damage formula to account for target DR before calculating total damage

Regarding the smash damage formula change.. Can someone explain it to me in more detail? How does DR factor in?

My maximum damage and average damage per round took a major hit, almost 50 damage. The monsters I'm fighting only have a DR of 3-6, so that seems a little excessive unless I'm not understanding how DR works?

Target DR is subtracted now before the x 5 smash damage bonus is applied.  So if your target has 6 DR you'd lose at least 30 on the smash round vs the old formula.

Ah, OK. That makes sense.

That changes smash a ton. Not that I'm necessarily complaining, I think it's quite possibly a fair change. Surprised nobody has bitched yet though. Was this a change that had been in the works for a while? Don't think I've seen anyone mention that smash was broken.

We've known for awhile that it was hitting harder than it should.
