New Class (250% Combat4, Mage1, Scale, Track)

I propose a new class...
not certain on the name, someone mentioned "Dragoon" and it sounds cool to me...
so until we pick a better name...

seems seriously op, 2h weapons combat 4 with mage spells, wow prolly needs 500%

Well it should be under 240% really considering it's a warrior+warlock hybrid, but a single character, about 185% but the synergy of those abilities would make this class pretty much match a mystic in damage, be able to wear armour and have the ability to part buff..
