New commands to help with the streamlining of preferred alignment:

set alignment evil^M  - Sets +51 (actually, whatever number is just enough to be criminal) as your Evil Points resting rate. So if you're at -201 and you type that, you will gradually gain EP's at the same rate as you would lose them like normal, until you're a criminal, and then the alignment changing stops there (barring action). If you are +201, it will slowly burn off EPs like normal until you're back at +51 (whatever crim is)

set alignment neutral^M - Sets -50 as EP target rate (not good, just under it). Again if you're -51 EPs, you'll gain +1 at the same rate you normally burn EP, and vice versa if you're above it.

set alignment good^M - Seta -201 as EP target rate, like the current model

I just +1'ed this on google. It was totally worth it.
