On non-pvp,

I propose allowing max fiends to continiously attack players, I thinks it's one of the biggest downfalls to ever remain in this game.

I already proposed that, in this thread. Glad to know I have some followers :)

Oh I forget you're the only one allowed to think out loud. sigh

btw,  You're looking fairly lame replying to almost all my posts.

Can we please remove Saint as an option on PVP, and increase the max EP for fiend, and allow people to do evil actions at max cap.

Being evil allows others to unlimited attack, that is balanced, but not allowing evil players to attack back on a pvp realm is not.

If they want to become neutral again it will still take them long enough time, and a fitting punishment.

Ditch ep's completely.  Everyone can attack everyone freely.  Pick your alignment at will from some NPC somewhere.  Problem solved.  Kill people.

As I've said before,  this represents a rather major update.  We'd have to modify the combat system as well as the other parts of the alignment system.

If you think this is an option, why not just have a mudop with syspowers and telepath commands to change alignments at will?

No update needed, players can be whatever align they want, problem solved, end of story.

Not so much at will, but at the start of the character, while still level 1, a person chooses an alignment, and the mudop uses the setmin/setmax EP value to "lock" that person at good, neutral, or villain.  No EP's ever accumulate, the character never moves from their chosen alignment.  And, PVP will be more common in the "PVP" realm.

OK. Here is a solution that requires MINIMAL editting. Gard you can @good, @neutral, @evil etc. You are doing it right now so that functionality exists.

1. Set ep tick to 0   (This prevents evils from becoming good when they dont want to)
2. Put Gard underneath TS with @good/neutral/evil commands for room messages (NOT TELEPATHS)
(one way to do this is to have a person >gard @good. then the mudop messages them back to ensure that they are in the room and if it goes through they change align.

I would think that this solution would work for most people. It is hard to abuse because you can only change align under TS and it fixes alot of the major problems with alignment issues as it stands. As well, we dont have to worry about evil people needing to go cloud all the time to keep their gear etc.

The currently alignment system is designed to DETER PVP. This is not what you want in a PVP realm. We got a few days before reset, if you want put up a poll and see if people would like this.

That's what the 'set mineps <value>' command is designed for.

This just sounds retarded.
