Rolled character due to bug

Interesting situation occurred last night that lead to the system rerolling my character unexpectedly. Prior to the system rolling me I had just trained and 100% sure I had 9 lives remaining. I was in a party scripting and legitimately died (down to 8 lives), but when I went to relog, I was rolled. See below for an exert from the backlog:

Few interesting facts:

1. I had 9 lives, this shouldn't have happened.
2. All my gear dropped to the ground, except my loyals (feather, sunstone, cloak, rings, etc). The loyals never dropped and are gone forever.
3. When I created a new character, I have the 10% exp, but cannot use the same name. See my leftover exp below:
        Exp: 73877623 Level: 1 Exp needed for next level: 0 (2250) [3283449%]

I know this realm has become the wild. wild west but I figured it was still worth a shot to see if someone who has control could help restore my character. It sucks to lose a 50+ toon to some random glitch. My character's original name was Shaved Ass, and now I am Hairy Ass sitting in Newhaven.

Please let me know if anything can be done.

These are 4 legitimate reasons why your character was rolled.  How's 3rd grade treating you?

Sounds like you mismanaged your char's lives, probably because most of it's life has been spent as an automaton for other people to remotely control.

But let's break this down just in case:

You claim you had 9 lives but showed no evidence of it.
You claim your loyal items just disappeared into thin air but provide no evidence of it.
You're posting on what looks like a dummy forum account with this being it's only post.

Looks to me like you had a hard time managing to keep track of lives, which I'd bet is probably annoying when you're managing this many dupes. You thought it'd be easy to just claim it was a glitch and get restored, but you were wrong. This brand of horse shit is exactly why the pvp realm isn't worth playing on any more.
